3 Bun Banana Clip My last relaxer was in February 2005. I transitioned for a year and BC’d in February of 2006. I’ve never looked back or regretted my decision. I decided to go natural mainly because I wanted to see if my hair would grow longer and be healthier while natural as opposed to being relaxed.

The end of my sophomore year I went home for the summer to get a touch-up and my hair dresser suggested I’d chop off the remainder of my perm. I only had a few minutes to ponder then she began chopping every little bit that I had leaving about 2 inches of new growth.

Good Hair was All She Wanted
