Founder of Sisterlocks Jo-Anne Cornwell in Brooklyn

The founder of the Sisterlocks System is on a tour promoting her book "That hair thing." Last Sunday Sisterlocks consultant Kelli from Created in His Iamge organized a special signing for Miss Cornwell in Brooklyn and I was happy to be invited.

I finally got to meet the great woman behind the Sisterlocks system and it was wonderful. It is clear that her consultants truly respect her, even more than that admire her.

After an inspiring introduction by Kelli who is also an actress, Dr. Cornwell took the stage and recited a poem. And what a poem it was. It was her own poem not just wonderfully written but her performance was wonderful. Humble, funny and warm. The stage was set and everybody was ready to hear her talk about "That hair thing."

Ms. Cornwell started with a response on Good hair and even played the video response. Then she spoke about the several subjects that her book covers and how she figured out the system and the concept behind the Sisterlock system. All in all an interesting, informative and fun gathering.
