I love this book. I never realized how brain-washed I was to think that my hair could only be managed if there were harsh chemicals in it. This book is essential to anyone who wants to know how to take care of or transition to natural hair.

I never realized how conditioned I was to using chemicals in my hair until I read this book. It's a must read for anyone who wants to know how to take care of or transition to natural hair.

The book is highly informative concerning the natural hair and the damage that we do with chemicals. The natural ingredients section was nice as well.
I would have liked the pictures to be more detailed. At times it was hard to understand what technique or style that was being shown.

Just bought this book and I can not put it down. It gives so much information on how to care and learn to love your natural hair no matter what texture type you have. It is a must have

I own two copies..just in case I messed up and lost or damaged one. Mireille's book is my constant reference for the last few years.

Thank-you for writing your book. Your hair is so beautiful!\r\n\r\nI have been wearing my hair natural for about eight years and cut off all my hair when I became ill. Seeing your hair and the other beautiful models have encouraged me not to do it again, and to keep growing my natural hair.\r\n\r\nThank-you,\r\nMelba Lewis

I loved the book. It\'s real. I think anyone considering going natural or who is already natural should have this is their nappy book library.
